I Rented 28. 00 dollars worth of video games for my daughters sleep over and none of the games would play so I called the next day to get a reason to why If I was doing something wrong not sooo I asked for a refund and they don't do refunds. Tried to support the business and pizza shop together but now a days why even bother they want you email address everywhere why they promise excellent service really.... Keep the money Family Video I just paid you to leave me alone forever.
I used to come here all the time but thanks to an ex girlfriend i owe like a grand in late fees. Just your average video store. With internet, and redbox an all that I'm surprised movie stores even exist these days.
Family Video is not the best way to go anymore. Even Redbox is cheaper and you can return the movies anywhere. Marcos Pizza needs to consider the partnership they have with them. It is not worth losing business because there are so many stipulations on their movies. And Marcos has good food at a decent price.
The movie selection isn't as vast as it could be, but competing with online services can be difficult and having tangible stock takes up a lot of space. Their selection of new movies, however, is extensive. Looking for new great releases? Check this place out! The clerk's are always friendly and helpful and it's nice to go get a physical copy of something as opposed to binge watching online.
Fees, fees, and more fees!! Marcos next door has great food but this video store survives on late fees...its honestly cheaper i think to just outright buy the movie rather than deal with confusing, clueless employees that have no chioce but to mislead....long story just be very careful renting here. Allways keep your receipt
